RAIN - Finally

At least it has cleared the smoke and I can see my mountains (the Brindabellas) again.  They have been covered in smoke for at least 4-5 weeks!  The air quality is "good" too and it has been "hazardous" most days, so I have been confined indoors with windows and doors shut for the entire time.  Let's hope that the fires are now out!

Canberra had a violent hail storm today. Video at this link (taken by some Canberran). Rather scary.

Aussies had good rain over the last month

We had good rain last night. Over 200 mm according to the bucket outside.
The bike track we rise on beside a creek was blocked by floodwaters.

We just got lots of RAIN and hail too!
